The "lowest" priced land for sale in the United States of America doesn't necessarily mean land with the "lowest" desirability or future potential! As an example a low priced automobile from Toyota might well be a more reliable vehicle for transportation over a 10,000 mile trip than would a very expensive Jaguar!

Often there is a built in safety factor with the lowest priced land on the theory that being as it is already the lowest priced, the value isn't likely to drop very much. Yet conversely, the highest priced land could be subject to severe price devaluations as witnessed in the serious recession that got rolling in 2007.
